Rivosoft Technologies provides custom software development, web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, AI solutions, cloud services, DevOps, and QA & testing services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.
All intellectual property created by Rivosoft Technologies specifically for a client project and paid for in full is transferred to the client upon final payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and proprietary components used in delivery remain the property of Rivosoft Technologies and are licensed (not sold) to the client for use with the delivered product.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. Rivosoft Technologies will sign a mutual NDA upon request before any project discussions begin.
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit of 30–50% upfront, with remaining payments tied to milestones. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge after 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rivosoft Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or offensive content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or to interfere with the website's operation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
